Attempted Murder Arrest—Stabbing

On March 30, 2019, at approximately 0213 hours this agency responded to 4636 West Irlo Bronson Highway Kissimmee, Florida (Escape Hookah Lounge) in reference to a report of a stabbing. The responding deputies discovered that an altercation had taken place inside the business, and further escalated in the parking lot. During this fight, Carlos Cabral-Sandoval (DOB: 06/19/95) stabbed the victim multiple times in the stomach and back. The victim suffered significant injuries and is still being treated for those injuries.

During a diligent investigation, numerous individuals were identified and located. After multiple interviews, detectives with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Unit identified Cabral-Sandoval. Detectives with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Intelligence Unit assisted with the investigation and located Cabral-Sandoval. He was arrested and transported to the Osceola County Jail. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office wishes to thank the detectives in both these units for their tireless effort and dedication to capturing this individual.
