One of Central Florida’s most loved holiday home tours will be celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. The Celebration Holiday Home Tour and Winter Wonderland is planning an extraordinary tour in honor of the anniversary.

This year, the tour will be held on Saturday, December 1 and Sunday, December 2. The tour will attract thousands of visitors to the community.

“It is joyful to see so many people enjoy our town and the creative spirit of our residents” said Debi Jackson, Tour Chair. “Our residents are so gracious to open their homes as a benefit to our community. This year the tour is being presented by the Celebration Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides programs that impact the lives of many neighbors in Celebration and Greater Osceola County.”

The homes showcase Celebration’s roots as a Disney designed New Urbanist community featuring unique architectural detail, custom interior design and creative holiday décor in estate homes, lovely cottages and enchanting condos.  The self-guided tour begins in downtown Celebration and winds its way through many of its neighborhoods.

New this year, the tour will include a hospitality stop at Celebration’s Town Hall located at 851 Celebration Avenue. But this is not just a place of hospitality, the tour will include admission to a Winter Wonderland of delightfully decorated Holiday trees and exquisite “tablescapes” which will be available for sale. Also available for purchase will be a specially designed 2018 Winter Wonderland ornament as a memento of the event.

“The Holiday Home Tour and Winter Wonderland are sure to ignite the spirt of the season.” said Gloria Niec, Executive Director of the Celebration Foundation. “It’s the perfect way to launch the holidays while benefitting the many programs we are proud to offer.”

The Celebration Foundation is the charitable arm of the community. It was established as a non-profit organization in March of 1996 to promote a sense of community – one of the original cornerstones of the town of Celebration’s development. Today, the Celebration Foundation offers a variety of impactful programs and initiatives to promote three primary areas of interest: the arts, education and social services.

Tickets are $20.00 at the Celebration Foundation office located at 610 Sycamore Street, Celebration or online: www.celebrationfoundation.org. Tickets will be exchanged during the Holiday Home Tour weekend for a guide which will serve as admittance to each house and the Winter Wonderland any time during the home tour weekend. The tour will be held Saturday, December 3rd from 3:00 – 9:00 pm and Sunday, December 4th from 1:00 – 5:00 pm. Homes and the Winter Wonderland close promptly so allow yourself time to enjoy the tour.

Tickets can be redeemed for the guidebook at two locations, one at the corner of Celebration Avenue and Market Street and the other at Celebration Town Hall located at 851 Celebration Avenue one hour before the tour begins each day. Doors to the homes open on time, not earlier.
