The City of St. Cloud received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA), for its comprehensive annual finance report (CAFR).
“I am proud to say that the Finance Department staff has consistently provided the City of St. Cloud, City Council, City Manager and residents with straight-forward and accurate financial information, with unparalleled integrity and ethics,” said Finance Director Rick Kisner.
The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting, and its attainment represents a significant accomplishment by a government and its management.
