Education Revolution, a local private school registered with the Florida Department of Education, recently hosted the first Central Florida Homeschool Expo and Show in Kissimmee last week.

The Homeschool Expo and Show was organized by Director of Education Revolution, Yolanda Newton. This event had over 20 vendors and over 200 individuals and families in attendance.  Some of the vendors included O-Tech, Valencia College, Osceola County Library, Orlando Science Center, Florida Film Academy, Osceola Virtual School, Kissimmee Parks & Recreation, Boggy Creek Airboats, and the Osceola County Historical Society.

The participants had a variety of prizes to win which included $250 curriculum voucher, $50 off tuition, a family-four pack to the Kissimmee Aquatic Center, tickets to the Orlando Science Center and more. Education Revolution plans to host the Homeschool Expo and Show again next year in Kissimmee, in July.
