Grand Theft Auto and Burglary to Conveyance Arrests

On December 6, 2018, at 3:00 A.M., deputies responded to the area of Lonesome Dove Drive in Kissimmee, in reference to a report of a burglary to a vehicle and theft of a vehicle. The victim reported hearing a vehicle in their driveway start and when they looked outside they observed a male wearing a black mask with skull markings covering his face, and a gray hoodie standing next to a vehicle in the driveway. The suspects stole the vehicle and deputies responding were alerted of the stolen vehicle’s description. Through effective patrol measures, deputies located the stolen vehicle which was still being driven by the suspects. Deputies were able to stop the vehicle and arrest the suspects responsible. Based on evidence and additional investigation, deputies were able to link theses suspects to 4 additional burglaries to vehicles that were committed prior to them stealing the vehicle they were detained in. The two suspects arrested were identified as; Jessie Dunn 05-10-98 and Matthew Maldonado DOB 10-07-01.
