St. Cloud City Leaders Graduate from CPM Program

Recently, six St. Cloud city leaders were honored at the Florida Certified Public Manager (CPM) Program graduation. The group which included Veronica Miller (Deputy City Manager), Linda Jaworski (City Clerk), Kevin Felblinger (Deputy Public Services Director), Andre Anderson (Planning and Zoning Director), Joe Silvestris (Fire Chief) and Jason Miller (Deputy Fire Chief), successfully completed the rigorous two-year CPM program. St. Cloud City Manager Bill Sturgeon was invited to be the keynote speaker at the graduation ceremony.

“It is an honor to not only be involved with the CPM Program, but to see so many St. Cloud city leaders take on the task of improving their leadership skills. I am proud to work with these men and women who come into work everyday striving to make St. Cloud a better community,” said St. Cloud City Manager Bill Sturgeon.
