St. Cloud Utilities (SCU) will be closed on Monday, February 18th for an employee training event. This closure includes the SCU Customer Walk-In Center, located at City Hall, and its customer call center. Regular customer service hours resume on February 19th at 8 a.m.
“St. Cloud Utilities’ employees work diligently to serve the citizens of St. Cloud,” said SCU Customer Service Center Manager Jennifer Carver. “We are pleased to be able to bring all of our employees together for a day of training, which will help enhance our employees’ skills and contribute to the City’s vision of providing exceptional customer service to our citizens.”
