The First Tee of Central Florida is pleased to announce the registration details for the youth development organization’s 2019 Spring Golf & Life Skills Experience Clinics.
Participants are encouraged to register for clinics, which will be offered at Royal St. Cloud Golf Club located at 5310 Michigan Ave, St Cloud, FL 34769. The First Tee of Central Florida will begin delivering its nine-week Golf & Life Skills Experience series of clinics, which meet once a week, beginning the week of March 25, 2019.
Classes for ages 7–9 years old will occur on Tuesdays from 5:15–6:15 p.m. For ages 10–12, classes will occur on Tuesdays from 6:30–8:00 p.m.
The First Tee of Central Florida offers an online registration system, where registrants can sign up; participants who would like to view the Spring schedule for registration should visit http://www.thefirstteecfl.org/register/. To participate, registrants will need to pay a $25 annual membership fee for 2019 as well as the $50 nine-week program session fee. The First Tee of Central Florida continues to maintain the policy that no child be turned away for an inability to pay; financial assistance is available. Anyone who would like to apply for financial assistance can do so while they are registering for classes. Participants should note that payment must be made at the time of registration with a credit or debit card.
The First Tee of Central Florida provides educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values, and promote healthy habits through the game of golf. The Golf & Life Skills Experience Program is a program developed by experts in the field of positive youth development and is delivered by coaches and volunteers trained through The First Tee Coach Program. In the Golf & Life Skills Experience, coaches empower youth by creating a mastery driven environment, while seamlessly integrating golf and life skills.
