Florida takes fans on a journey through the galaxy against St. Lucie

The Florida Fire Frogs welcome former University of Florida alum Tim Tebow and the St. Lucie Mets to town for a four-game series at Osceola County Stadium, July 21-24.

“Reaction to Tim Tebow’s call-up announcement has been overwhelming these last 48 hours,” Florida Fire Frogs President, Joe Harrington, said. “Ticket sales have skyrocketed since the New York Mets announced the former Heisman Trophy winner with the Florida Gator’s promotion to the St. Lucie Mets on Sunday, June 25. Tickets are moving faster than the Millennium Falcon in light speed. Based on this ticket frenzy and excitement, we are trending towards standing room only crowds.”
Purchase your tickets now to be a part of this unique experience to see the St. Lucie Mets with two-time national champion quarterback of the Florida Gators Tim Tebow. Tickets for the series against the Mets can be purchased by visiting the Osceola County Stadium box office, calling the box office at (321) 697-3220, or by visiting the Florida Fire Frogs ticket page (www.FloridaFireFrogs.com). Fire Frogs players will wear “Death Star” themed jerseys that will be auctioned off following the game. Proceeds of the auction will benefit the Special Olympics.
Fans are encouraged to stay after both Friday and Saturday’s contests, as the Fire Frogs will light up the night sky with fireworks displays after each game!
